About ShopMouse
ShopMouse is a marketplace for Disney things that already exist. Fans sell what they have outgrown or stopped wearing, and small shops sell what they make. It is run by Mousetech Studios, a two-person studio in Greensboro, North Carolina.
You are buying from a person
Not from us, and not from a warehouse. Somebody packs your parcel at their kitchen table. That is the point of the place, and it is also why postage takes a day or two longer than you may be used to.
What happens to your money
When you pay, we hold it rather than passing it straight to the seller. It is released to them once the item has arrived, or ten days after delivery if nothing has gone wrong. If something has gone wrong, raise it on the order and the money stays where it is until it is sorted out.
Your card details never touch our servers. Stripe handles payments, and we see only that a payment happened.
We are not Disney
ShopMouse is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Walt Disney Company. All trademarks belong to their owners. We do not sell counterfeits, and a seller who tries loses their account.
The other apps
One MouseTech account works across ShopMouse, Door Decorator, Pixie Packer and Fish Extender. Signing up here signs you up once, not four times, and your closet, orders and messages stay in the app you put them in.
